Isimbi Wine
Banana and honey wine, golden and velvet-smooth.
Isimbi Wine is where our house began. Sweet matooke-stage bananas are pressed at peak ripeness, blended with pure honey, cane sugar and clean water, then fermented slowly and rested until the fruit softens into something rounder and warmer. The result pours a bright gold, opens with tropical fruit and honeycomb, and finishes long, clean and gently sweet — a wine made for toasts, introductions and the table.
